Confidentiality is a priority to us. During personal care dignity is a must while respecting what client can do for themselves. Additionally, anything about our clients is confidential and shared only with those who impact care.
A consistent caregiver for your loved one is best. Depending on care required, it might be a good idea to have an alternate Caregiver/Companion. People get sick and have appointments that can’t take in account schedules. By having an alternate caregiver, care occurs seamlessly.

Why do we do what we do?
Through Jane’s career as a RN working from bedside to management, she crossed paths with seniors at various levels of care. Jane believed seniors should get not only care that meets their need, but compassionate, personalized and exceptional care for excellent quality of life. It’s the right thing to do. Our seniors built this great country we enjoy today.
Who is Veritas Seniors Concierge Inc.?
We are a independent senior home care agency started in Edmonton by Jane Kipp an RN over 10 years ago. We specializing in senior care; nursing and non-medical.
What do we stand for?
In Roman culture, Veritas is the goddess of truth. Truth is the foundation of our care and services. You can trust we will be honest, providing compassionate, respectful and dignified care to you.
While going to University, Jane took an art history course. She was fascinated by Greek and Roman culture. When she started this company, she decided to go back to art history to come up with a name. You will find a statue of Veritas at the Supreme Court of Canada.
